I tried these in the hope that it might kick the program into working but the 2011 fix failed to find the installed program (creator 2011) and the fix for Creator 2010 ran for more than 45 minutes without success.Īt this point, I am starting to look for alternative solutions for this software that will fulfill my requirements. Go through the article Easy VHS to DVD capture button is grayed out and see if it works.especially step 4. Try capturing with the 'Capture Video' option rather than Plug-and-Burn. These links are to fix the "certificate missing." error in those programs. Edit: by 'installed' I mean inserted into the back of the computer while installing. The tech support sent me a link for Creator 20. I am still having issues with the "certificate file" and the "An unknown error has occurred" errors. Once restarted, I went into the task manager to ensure the antivirus, firewall, maleware, etc program(s) were not running and tried to install V2D. ![]() I went into "msconfig" and deactivated all and restarted my computer. Was your antivirus running when you installed Easy VHS to DVD? ![]()
